PHONE SUPPORT

This is a sleep plan on the phone!

  • Pre-consultation questionnaire and sleep diary analysis

  • 45 minutes to 1 hour telephone or Facetime consultation to discuss your situation and recommend solutions.  

  • The parent/carer is welcome to take their own notes. 


If you later decide to upgrade to one of the other services, the £50 is deducted

STANDARD SUPPORT

Our standard service, providing support and guidance for up to 2 weeks.


  • Pre-consultation questionnaire and sleep diary analysis

  • Private 1 hour consultation to discuss the best solutions to address your sleep issues

  • A tailored 2-week sleep plan sent to you via email, summarising key points and activities.

  • Two follow up telephone calls.

  • Two weeks follow up support via emails.

  • An end of programme review and evaluation 

EXTRA SUPPORT

Newborn Baby

£300

Our standard service, but with hands on support for the first evening. 

  • Pre-consultation questionnaire and sleep diary analysis

  • Private 1-hour consultation to discuss the best solutions to address your sleep issues

  • A tailored 2-week sleep plan sent to you via email, summarising key points and activities.

  • Evening support on day one of the plan from 6pm-10pm. Please note a parent or carer should be present throughout.

  • Two follow up telephone calls.

  • Two weeks follow up support via emails.

  • An end of programme review and evaluation 

OVERNIGHT SUPPORT

Our standard service but with hands-on support for the first night.

  • Night support on day one of the plan from 6pm-6am. Please note a parent or carer should be present throughout.

  • Two follow up telephone calls.

  • Two weeks follow up support via emails.

  • An end of programme review and evaluation 

Don't worry if you are a bit further away from Harpenden, we can work and help over phone/video call and we are happy to travel, we just might need to cover our petrol costs.
